I am extremely disappointed with the service from Pizza King tonight. After placing my order at 19.33 it did not arrive until 21.30. Nearly 2 hours. I had tried to call the shop multiple times with no joy. When the food eventually arrived it was luke warm which has only angered me more. Had you communicated that the delivery would be nearly 3 times longer than the anticipated time of 45 mins I would have came and collected but as I couldn't get hold of you, that wasn't an option. We bought pizzas on Friday night like most weeks and this week there was a dead fly in the pizza which is absolutely vile I have the photos to prove and I will report now

  Reply : I’m sorry that there was a fly in your pizza. We do our very best to keep flies out of the shop but as you can imagine in the summer there are 1000s and being by the river there are a lot of Blandford flies that the council try to control but they are loosing the battle. I’m sorry this happened and I would like to offer you a free meal and if you feel the need to complain please do so as it will help us as well getting the council to take more action

We are missing a bottle of tango. The food is cold and not great!

Took well over an hour to arrive , chips under cooked way to much cheese and not enough of the other topping , eg approx 6 pieces of onion and mushroom.

Enjoyed pizza but it wasn’t what I think of as thin and crispy. Cheese texture is more Haloumi than Mozzarella

I ordered a pizza that was ment to have steak bits in it, only to discover its was donner meat to which I am allergic as it contains lamb.. When I contacted them about it they decided to hang the phone up on me.. I feel a lawsuit coming your way you bunch of pricks
